I agree with cloud on resolution display sizing, but I'm wondering why his websites are not responsive?

Because my old websites were done in webdesigner and the new ones are done in adobe muse, both if which do not have 'responsive' features but if you view my site (cloudwebagency) on a mobile you will see the mobile version and on a tablet you will see the tablet version. Fully responsive sites have break points but as far as I am concerned three variants are more than enough. The end result for a visitor is the same from an adobe muse (or indeed a xara website) as you would find on say a responsive wordpress theme, unfortunately with both xara and adobe muse one has to create three separate websites, but I can live with that for now.
