Default Copy & Paste in WD and Maximum Page Length?

1.) When doing a copy and paste into Web Designer with text, image or an object form a word doc, spread sheet or anywhere, does it need to be placed on a neutral app like notepad first?

2.) Is there a maximum page length with Web Designer? Or it is limited by the actual file size of that page the web browser will allow?

    Thanks Again

    1) Sometimes style settings in the host application can cause problems when pasting a document into WD so if possible I use Notepad as an in-between step. But when there are tables and such in your original documents, Notepad would destroy these. Best practice is to have as little style settings in your source file as possible.

    I can get 10368px.
Each page of a Supersite can achieve this and there is no real limit to the number of pages.

Thank you sir! That's about 8 feet on a normal size monitor. I suppose that's long enough for one page.

Was just thinking the possibilities of one long page to scroll vs a Supersite for a limited info/condensed mobile page.

    Regards - Donald

Best way I've found of including a dynamic spread sheet within Xara is to have your spread sheet hosted within Google Drive. Create a placeholder within your Xara site and link to the Google Drive document. The content changes dynamically as you change the content of the Google Drive spread sheet, however you can't dynamically resize the page in Xara to match that on Google Drive, but in most cases this usually isn't a big issue.

You can do similar things with documents but Word does tend to bring in large amounts of crap, but it can be done.
