Link to page not working

I have 3 links on my home page text (not the nav bar) that link to other pages. I don't even get the hand that tells someone it is a link but I do get the underlined text. One of them works the other two don't. Here is what I have tried so far:

Removed and set the link again
Copy the one link that works and past into the position of the link that does not work. I made no changes to the pasted text.
Changing browsers.

Can someone shed light or give me some additional ideas to try?

Have you got a stray shape or a shape overlapping the link? Bring the link to the front - ctrl+F - and see.
