    You could try closing, right-clicking and then click on "Run as administrator" - sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, you'll only have to do it once though

    Okay Rock, there's obviously something I'm doing which you're not. I only wish I could explain what. Unfortunately I can't advise you a present as I find the lack of response from Xara when clicking Get Fills very uninformative.

    Have you tried the earlier suggestions re Help / Download content installer?
