Tile an image in a rectangle or other shape?

I don't use Xara regularly so may be forgetting a very basic thing. Last night I drew a rectangle and could seem to do everything with an image filling it (scale, rotate, etc) EXCEPT to get that image to tile. Did I forget something very basic?

When the image fill tool is selected, the first drop down you choose Bitmap, the second drop down (which defaults as single tile) you choose repeating image or repeating image inverted, adjust scale and rotation the interior handles.
