    Default QuickShape Challenge

When I fire up Xara Designer Pro, quite often the first thing I draw is an ellipse, polygon/star or rectangle.
Once you have drawn your shape, you cannot alter its shape by distorting it, that is, if you have drawn a circle,
you cannot squash or squeeze it into an oval (if you start with an oval, you may use just that type of oval).
Use as many instances of your chosen quickshape as you want.

So that is the purpose of this challenge - draw one quickshape and then see what you can make with it.
You can use some of the other tools for this, but they are restricted to the following:

    1. Straight Line Tool
    2. Blend Tool
    3. Contour Tool
    4. Fill Tool

You may also use the Arrange menu/Combine shapes commands and gradients and transparencies are also permitted.
    Bob.

I'm not sure I fully understand Bob. But I did one but I more than likely got it wrong.

Hi Larry, my apologies for not explaining this very well.
Probably best to show what I did graphically - just circles and straight lines for slicing. (plus a blend of circles along a path [circle])

Is this better? One is starting, other is ending after fill.

Okay, this is the rarely seen Cucumber Squid made up of a single elipse shape.

I like yours Larry, it looks like a desperate parachute.
