fully restore the pen tool.

In the tool flyout why has the pen tool been missing from this set of tools? And why can't I add the pen tool to the tool flyout? The pen tool works only as a stand alone icon, but after Designer pro X10 is closed it disappears. and must be reinstalled after starting DPX10. Why? Is this tool going to be removed in some future version?

I like it over the shape tool since I don't fiddle with handles unless extreme precision is necessary and even then I can achieve very good precision by dragging the straight connecting lines that I make with the pen tool and flexing to a desired curve.

Please fully restore the pen tool.
