In my previous version of designer I had a mask mode button on the side bar. I just installed x10 and it is not there. Could someone tell me where I can find it.

These have been replaced by the Mask and Region tools. I covered this feature (added in the 9 versions) here http://xaraxone.magix.net/PGD9/
