Text runneth over

On my web site: www.mackscraft.com/icb.htm I have text running over. On Xara Web Designer X it looks right. If I do a preview of it it looks right, but when I upload it and open in Chrome it is all out of bounds. In Safari and Internet Explorer it is okay. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I can't identify where you think it's overflowing but mixing font size at 9pt to 14 pt on the same page is not useful to the customer.
Do you get the problem on scaling the page?

For the site, I would try and be consistent. Font size and position of repeating graphics are the two twangs I've seen.
