Error message on X10 64 bit when loading Preview Web Page

Hi,

I have just set up Xara X10 64-bit on my desktop and it returns an error when I try to use the 'Preview Web Page' function.

The error message is 'Unable to find the filter to import that file with.'

The 32-bit version works fine and I loaded the 64-bit version onto my laptop and it works fine there.

I would like to use the 64-bit version, particularly as now I can use 32-buit plugins.

Any ideas please?

right click and run as administrator may well fix that [only need to do it once]

Not only did this solve my problem but I have been shown a totally new (to me) resource that I haven't used before.

When I first opened X10 on my machine there were a couple of other functions that didn't work properly and now they are all fine, so three with one shot - marvelous!
