    I'm logged in as administartor but can't install Xara. Getting this error 'Internal Error 2355' any ideas???

    Hi Patrick,

    Welcome to the forum. Sorry you are having problems.

    According to Microsoft TechNet the problem you are experiencing is due to the Microsoft Installer engine. The recommended fix is to install the latest service pack. You can get that from the Windows Update site. Service Pack 2 is the latest for Windows 2000. Windows Update
