    test-pdf-export-with-password-1.xar Here is a test xara file I can't export as PDF (with password) without getting an error message Plus the PDF file it creates.

    Not sure if this helps.

    Interesting, I can't open that, get the error message. So something is wrong on my side with the pdfs

    If you also have Reader installed, try it. In any case, you should be able to run a repair on Acrobat from Window's control panel, where you would go to uninstall it, and possible the help menu in Acrobat (iirc).

    The repair under the Acrobat help menu fixed the problem. Thanks a bunch!!
