Xara Web Designer auto-fade splash page?

What is the easiest way to add a splash page to my website. Ive added a blank page with my company logo as a flash video to the front of the website.

What is the easiest way to make this page fade out and go to the homepage by itself after 5 seconds?

You would need to add a script. I know zip about scripts but check back, I am sure Acorn will be able to point you in the right direction when he checks in.

The easiest way is to use a meta tag redirect; <metahttp-equiv="refresh"content="5; url=http://www.yoursite.com/index.htm"/>.
You should include a link as well as not all browsers support meta refresh.

Possibly have the logo in the flash and fade this.
Otherwise, you will also new a fadeOut method, probably using jQuery.
