If you need to load a fully functioning spreadsheet with calulated cells etc I find the best way is to create a spreadsheet in Google Drive and embed it in a placeholder. If you want to alter the content, just reopen the spreadsheet in Google Drive, amend and the table is automatically amended on your site with no need to reopen Xara.
