With my wife and I both trained as architects there was the potential for divorce. Actually things went very smoothly with practically no arguments. I've attached an interior view to show that the house isn't really so skinny.

Thanks Gary! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif I spent about 6 weeks in New Zealand this year---it's every bit as beautiful and the people as friendly and wonderful as you've probably heard. I felt like it was a home away from home. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif I took a lot of photos and since returning have been learning several new aps---I have PS CS now and I love it to death! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif I also have been playing with Cinema 4D and Poser5 as well...so, some things I've posted here I put over in the regular Gallery as they used aps other than Xara. I'm glad to see Xara is still in the running though, it is the easiest to use for vectors hands down. Yes Ross, my wife & I did go out west - to Kamloops, British Columbia. She has been working on her degree but unfortunately I had to return in the summer for a 'medical experiment' on my back over in Halifax. Loved living in the Rockies, and especially working in all those different and extraordinary carving materials indigenous to the province. Over 40 different native trees and they even have deposits of jade but a very definite lack of the red soil and the salt air! Something about the "Red Isle" that always beckons... well that, 7 kids and a bunch of grandchildren.

Since Charlottetown is such a small city and there's a good chance we'll run into each other sometime and being the more recognizable... keep your eyes open for an old dude wearing a dirty old cowboy hat and riding a wild wheelchair, sometimes with a Chihuahua 'guide' dog or as one of my boys calls it a 'hood ornament'! It'd be nice to say hello in person and welcome y'all to the Island!

Richard - Thanks! I recently read all the stuff at your website. Your life story should be made into a movie! (Who would you like to play you?). Very inspiring that, through it all, you remain a very nice fellow.

Maya - Next time you go somewhere exotic can you take us all with you? By-the-way those boulders look like petrified eggs.

Wheelbrat - I've seen your pic someplace before. If I ever spot you I'll be sure to come over and introduce myself.

Ivan - I use SketchUp quite regularly. Almost all my SketchUp models still get postprocessed in Xara. I'll have to check out the3d forum and what you've been up to.

John - I assume you are refering to the low-voltage cable lights. We ordered online from IKEA so they should be available worldwide. Quite reasonably priced. Our electrical contractor had never seen anything like them (a sheltered soul) and refused to install them for fear of screwing it up. We ended up doing it ourselves and it was very easy.
