    Default Green shoes

    I deliberately ignored possible areas that could have been blended together. The geometry sort of asked to be posterized when I filled it.

    (not sure about the yellow shadow, though - if indeed it is a shadow).

    I see what youre both referring to in regards to the choice not to blend. Isnt there a name for this type of art?

    Yeah, I was trying something that didn't exactly succeed there, Bob. I wanted dichroic outdoor lighting, and the pale yellow is the chromatic opposite of the green. Let's call this a WIP and I'll be back with something more like this:

    ...which is just about as technically inaccurate as ya can get, but hopefully the concept is there.

    I've toyed with "crap" and "technically immature", but I believe the generally accepted term is "Posterized". The thing has Poster Edges not unlike the plug-in in P'shop.

    That's a very clever avatar Gary. I like it. I will mention that it is the one with the color pencils. You have been changing them frequently.
