Time table for XD 10?

Surely we've already had version 10.
Didn't we have Xara Designer Pro X?
And then we got Xara Designer Pro X9.
So, shouldn't we be looking for version 8???

and we also had xara X ten years ago [give or take] and X1 shortly after.....

If last year is any indication, Designer Pro X 10 was the last of four products released last year and each release was about 1-2 months apart. So, probably something mid year is my guess.

And can we presume that for those of us who buy the Rolls Royce product, it will include all the responsive tricks in Web Designer 10 Premium? (Historically it has but...)

I don't know that for sure. I am making an assumption that if Web Designer 9 is now Web Designer 10 that Designer Pro X9 will be called Designer Pro X10.

But as we used to say in the Army, assume makes an ass our of u and me. (Well I did not say that, but I heard it often enough )

sure Gary... all these things are Xara's call and they historically don't say upfront.... but I reckon you are as close as anyone to what goes on, if not closer, without actually being there [so to speak]

Same old routine, if you forked out for their most expensive product, you will have to wait at least a couple of months for the new tools or if you want them sooner you will need to buy/upgrade a program that you will never use again once the new version of XDP comes out. Why do they do this?
