problem to save my doc

Hello guys, I'm working with xara designer pro x9 and everytime I try to save my doc. I keep having this message "the user canceled the dialog box" and even with automatic backup the same message appears. Someone knows why?
Can someone help me please.

Does this happen with any other document? Or just this one?

one thing you can try if it is a drawing, is to copy and paste things out to a new file and see if that saves - if you do it stage by stage you may also identify anything that is 'wrong'

if it's a web document I do not know if it will work - also some style/attributes may need resetting
