A noisy drag and drop background

Making drag and drop backgrounds for your XWD or DP websites is easy. Gary P published a web document once outlining the process. But Noise (or in Xara speak fractal fills/transparencies) can be used to create some interesting patterns that can be set as pasteboard or page backgrounds. Here is an example of a perlin noise generated in Filter Forge that has been set up as a repeating patterned drag and drop background.
