What is an Embedded Group

I am new to Web Designer Pro 9. On the templates that come with the package there are layers called "Embedded Groups". They seem to work differently than just plain "Groups". Can someone explain to me how do they work or what their purpose is? I am having a difficult time modifying or getting rid of them. thanks!

Can you give us a specific template to look at? It might be easier to see what the embedded group is doing.

It is possible to embed a graphic in text which will cause the object to flow with the text if the text area is reconfigured.

A small graphic can be directly embedded in text (for example a decorative bullet of symbol) and this embedded graphic will behave the same as the text.
