I'm not a brush user but I see you have two brushes:

1. newtube
Which has white, 4 point curvy stars

2. unnamed brush
Which has ellipses containing multi point linear fills in shades of grey.

Could you explain how to make the twisted stripe lines, do they require more than the two brushes.
