Getting error code: Internal program error 1496.k.sy.up

I just installed Xara WDP 32 bit and within 5 minutes of playing around with it I am getting this error code all over the place.

Internal program error 1496.k.sy.up

Using Windows 7 64 bit

Any help?

Try a one-off and right-click on the icon and select Run as Administrator.

Try a one-off and right-click on the icon and select Run as Administrator.

But first, close Web Designer, then right click on the icon... etc.

Run as Administrator will either work or it won't, so you only need to do this once.

Hi,

Is this a web document that you are working on? I've seen this error before when people put repeating objects on the pasteboard layer. Do you have any there?

If not, can you send your .web/.xar file into us at http://support.xara.com/ and I'll have a play around with it. You can access this file by going to File > Save as.
