The simplest of simple questions, Apple vs Windows

Hi, I've been a Xara user for quite a few years. I'm currently designing a website for a new local film festival and have decided to use Xara Web Designer 9. I haven't used Xara previously for web stuff so my knowledge is slim. I work on Windows, but once the site is up and running, several of the festival organisers will need to be able to access the site and make changes to it eg update the News section etc. Some of these guys are Windows-based, others are Mac-based. My question is whether the Windows people are the only ones who will be able to log-in, as administrators?

It's a simple question but I genuinely don't know the answer and haven't been able to find it online.

There is a product offered by X-Tom (a Xara users and TG member) XT-CMS http://www.xt-cms.com/ that can be configured to let other users update content. It might be worth a look.
