Pop Ups on Photos not working

I am hoping someone can help me please?

I have pop ups on photos that work perfectly well on the preview, but once uploaded to the net do not work.

I have (presumably) done all I need to because they work in the preview.

** I do use the Xara ftp upload**

Please can anyone advise me further.
I would much appreciate it.
