Graphics outside page

Returning to give Xara another try after a while... I had thought there was a way to add a graphic stradding the outer edge of the page (i.e. part of the graphic is on the page, part is on the page background), but can't find out how to do this. Thanks to anyone who can explain or point to instructions.
