I'm in Eastern Ontario, Canada. Any users here within 100 miles or so? I'm 85 miles from Ottawa, 50 miles from Kingston, 85 miles from Peterborough & 120 miles from Pembroke, & about 110 miles from Watertown NY.

Well, I like to drive, & New Mexico might be on this fall's road trip, but I was hoping for someone a bit more local LOL

I'm guessing Kaladar, the Trans Canadian Highway at least.
I'm only 4,000 miles adrift!
Lots of lakes, so a bit like the Outer Hebrides where I once lived, but scaled up 50-fold.

The Outer Hebridies ...... my grandmother came from Eriskay.
You're pretty close . Kaladar is 15 miles west of me & if I climb the hill behind the house, I can see the Trans Canada ( Central Route)
Angelize .... one of my boys is in Vancouver. Isn't the Sunshine Coast up towards Gibsons? That's one part of BC I've missed, along with the Kootenays.

I'm really hoping to find someone within a day's drive. Learning doesn't come easy anymore & I really struggle comprehending what I read. I don't think my "cheese is slipping off its cracker" but I'm certainly not as sharp as I once was.

Yes Gibsons is located on the Sunshine Coast. I'm just outside of Gibsons. Vancouver is a 45 min ferry ride south of here.

Have a look at the Xara Xone it's chock full of years and years worth of tutorials and videos that you might find helpful and also try the xara.com tutorials and videos both of these are great resources for getting started.
