Problems since updating WD9

Since updating the other day I've had some problems when using xara webdesigner.

If I use clipart, speech bubbles etc that I haven't previously used then I'm told I cannot download them and that I need to check my internet connection. I can see in the top right corner of my screen that wd9 is trying to contact the xara host, but then it says cannot download unknown error.

Anyone any ideas how to fix this?

There are no issues with my internet connection.

Very basic suggestions - reboot, open Xara as administrator.

I had a similar problem this week and it was fixed by re-booting my computer.

I have also found that other users who had this issue, some had windows updates that were pending or installed and waiting a restart, which all the while it was Xara couldn't download content strangely enough. When they restarted it worked.

Acorns suggestion is a good one
