Publishing problem

Since two updates ago I am having problems publishing, I am receiving the error message "Quote command returned error". Anybody else having this problem? I have no clue how to solve this, and my website does not publish properly.

I'm also having such a problem, however I don't get this error message, only "timeout" error. I read several forum and posts, and realized that I have to turn off Windows Firewall to working properly. The bad thing is, that I even add webdesigner.exe to win-firewall exception, it doesn't work. Only when I completely turn off win-firewall. (which I don't wanna to)

What is the solution????
