Bug Need help with spacing :)

How can I make these words fit inside white rectangles so that they have the same amount of white at the beginning of the word and at the end?

Is it possible to make that when I type a word that Xara automatically increase the size of the rectangle?

    Look at this tutorial.

    http://www.xaraxone.com/webxealot/wo...workbook_1.htm

I got it to work. I'm sure you can.

Be caareful at the part where it says, "Open the Name Gallery (Ctrl F9). From the drop down list, select Stretches."
This is the part that nearly got me!
Because if you don't do this part, then things will not work!

    Here's how I do this:
    1. Create a small white rectangle.
    2. Convert to editable shapes.
    3. Create a Text line "XYZ".
    4. Centre Justify the text.
    5. Adjust sizes of text and box dimension to suit.
    6. Arrange > Alignment... (centrally) for the text within the box.
    7. Name the rectangle "whiteRectangle".
    8. Name the Text Line "textLine".
    9. In the Names Gallery, select Stretches.
    10. For whiteRectangle, click the right arrowhead.
    11. In the Extend whiteRectangle dialog, tick textLine.
    12. Click OK.
    13. Job done.
