Hi,

Have I missed function to align a group of objects along a curve, like text along a curve,
or there is not such function?

You can put text along a curve or a blend of objects along a curve. Text option is under the arrange menu, with objects you first create a blend then with both the blend and the curve selected there is an option on the infobar to apply to the curve. you need to select the blend tool to see this.

A blend or a custom brush are the only way I know to do this. A blend is best if the objects are all the same.

Make the objects into a custom brush stroke, then apply the brush stroke to your curve, resize the line width until you are happy, then Convert Line to Shape and Uungroup.
