Photo & Graphic Designer update question

Hi all!

Every time I launch P&G it says there is an update available, but when I agree to install it, there is an error after downloading. It seems that I always have to give administrator rights to it to get installed, as it happened to me with other software after a Windows update some months before. I would like to ask you if there is a stand alone version of the update so I can give the rights when I launch the update - or a way to always allow administrator rights to avoid this problem.
