Cannot paste html on placeholder

Hi - hoping someone can help - got a very weird problem that's happened since I upgraded my PC - on my Xara ProX9 I cannot paste html from either Internet Explorer or Firefox into the placeholder - nothing happens. Just stays white. I am inserting iframe html but have also tried the Xara code..neither works - can anyone shed some light on this as it's baffling!?!

to be more specific - I can highlight a web page - and paste no problems, but cannot paste the code for a Jotform into Xara at all - either into a placeholder or as a standalone html object. When I go via the jotform widget the form can be inserted but only as a xara form - ideally I need to keep them in an iframe as it reduces viewing issues - can anyone help??

agh - ok after 2 hrs finally worked out the issue is with my AntiVirus!! Anyone else having the same problems - try that before posting! Topic solved
