Server name or address can not be resolved

I am using limited version received with the journal Computer Word. Since couple of days I am unable to publish my website. I did not change anything in my setup. The message is :
Error from XARA WEB Designer Silver: "Server name or address can not be resolved".
In my WEB properties I have:
FTP host address: ftp.magix-online.com
FTP username: andrmaje@hotmail.com
WEBsite URL: http://andrmaje.magix.net/

I would contact Magix as the site is still there but you may no longer have an open account with them.
