    Default Graphics partially loading

Upon updating a website that has been online, all of a sudden some of the graphics & text are only partially uploading.
Only part of the graphic will show or text will be cut in half. IE: Only the top half is displayed.

When previewing locally all shows up fine.

    Any ideas...I'm stumped

Here's an example. What you should see is the text "This Is A Test" with a Santa hat next to it.

Xara is working on a solution. Take a look at this thread: http://www.talkgraphics.com/showthre...ng-FTP-publish.

The big difference is I'm running Windows 7. Never had a problem before although MicroSoft did push out an update this week

Have you got IE11 on your computer, whether you use it or not? That's where the problem referred to in the post seems to be.

I pretty much never use IE and it was still stuck on v8 (didn't feel the need to update it) as my main choice of browser is chrome or at a push firefox, so to test this theory out I first made sure that the ftp through xara was working fine (it was) then I updated to IE v11 and tried the ftp again and low and behold the test site was all messed up, the background appears, some text, no images etc - so clearly this is the problem (I have windows 7 64bit)

I reverted back to IE 10 but the problem still exists making any site update impossible! Hope there's a fix FAST! This is unbearable

Have you done an update recently through windows update, that could be the problem as I know that ie11 comes with another update to windows. If you have then roll back using system restore. I tend not to update software unless it is broken and that applies to windows especially.

There was an update where IE11 was automatically installed. I have since uninstalled IE11 and reverted to IE10 but the problem exists. I even used a restore point but without any luck. Although the only restore point available was probably not back far enough

Could you try a fresh install of xara?
