Default After Publish some files 0 bytes

We are uploading changes to our website & have tried both Quick Upload (Only upload changes) and Full Upload. Both give the same result. After the Publish is finished several files, both index_htm_files and the HTM files, have 0 bytes (viewed in Filezilla) See attachment 0_bytes.jpg. The people maintaining the website report that this has only started happening recently. I have brought the .WEB file back to my office & can replicate the problem.

To recover the situation we uploaded the files required using Filezilla.

The full site can be viewed at www.swanpoolcinema.com.au (the www IS required). The problem has been replicated at www.swanpoolcinema.com.au/test
    Any thoughts please?
    TIA

You might want to submit a ticket with Xara's support team: http://support.xara.com/

Yes, submit a ticket. Have you got Internet Explorer 11 on your computer by any chance? There have been others with problems re IE11. Mention that and the Windows version you are using.

    Thanks to both of you
    Ticket has been submitted.
This happens on a number of computers running Windows 7, 8 & 8.1 and various browsers but I am not sure the browsers are the fault as it occurs during the FTP upload in Xara. The files generated by the Export Website are correct & function normally locally. Uploading them using Filezilla is fine and probably a glitch in the interaction between Xara Designer Pro and the hosting service.
    Cheers

Haven't the foggiest about the technicalities but it seems some people having upload problems have them 'solved' by reverting to IE10. All above my head
