WD9 Premium and Facebook widget

Hi,

I can't get the Facebook comment widget or the WidgetBox social media emailer widget to work.

Have followed all instructions very carefully but all I get with both of them is a white rectangle on my page.

Code is correctly inserted to body and head sections of the placeholder tab. Placeholder is on the mouse off layer.

Have got Twitter and Google+1 widgets working ok, but not these two.

Any thoughts anyone?

For anybody who is not from Hungary, change the extension after google in the link to .com or your regional extension.

Have had no success with the Facebook widgets from any of the suggested solutions offered on this site. The Facebook widgets are clearly broken. Have had a bit more success with the Add This widget, although sometimes it displays and other times it doesn't. Why are these widgets so temperamental?

Sorry, I am out of ideas. Saw you are also participating in the other thread and hope you will get it sorted. If nothing else works, you could enter a support ticket at http://support.xara.com/index.php.

And if not, you could ask athman/Steve Ledger to help you out.
