Default how to refresh a page automatically

    hello:

been a while since I've been able to get back to this.

I made some minor changes to my site and then went to the url to verify. I had the old cached copy come up and had to refresh the window to get the latest version. is there a way to ensure that every visitor would have the page automatically refreshed? my concern is that I am changing the site quite a bit and want to ensure that I am showing the current version to the visitors.

    thank you in advance!!

    regards,

    ed taylor
