Does anyone know of a good secure e-commerce widget/company for online shopping?
I've heard that Trust Guard and Authorize.net are good. Any others?
I'd rather not use the widgets offered by Xara.

Also, how does it work embedding the forms into a website (I assume just through a placeholder)?

I have used Paypal for over a decade and have never had a problem with it.

Authorize.net could be the best companion for you instead going with some third party software. I've tried it personally and would like to recommend you to give it a try.
