animation made does not animate now on return

Hello All are made and animation banner, when I did it the text and graphic was animating, when I came back to it after being saved the other day it is now a static banner. Does that mean I have to start again or is there something I can do to fix it.
I started learning a few months ago before I got my new PC updated, I'm following one of the instructions made by one of the users of the website, as I said it was animating not now.

Mark I am assuming the animation you are referring to is an animated gif, can you open it in XP&GD? If so does it have multiple frames? Please submit your Xara or X3D files so we can take a look at it. That would be most helpful. I suspect what the problem is but I would like to see your file.
