If you are using versions 8 or 9, you can do this via the styles.

If you are using earlier versions, then you need to use a placeholder.

Sledger, is it something I put on all pages or just the index page? Is it something that will be viewable? Not sure how exactly to do it. I understand your directions on what to use to do it with. I am using Pro 7

For v7 you will need to use a placeholder and put the <h1>My Heading</h1> in the HTML code (body)

You can make it a repeating object if the same header text appears on all pages, otherwise you will need to manually add them.

    Where are you lost?
Is it that you don't know what a placeholder is or how to make a repeating object, or something else?

Placeholder I make a square and right click go to placeholder and put the <h1>My Heading</h1> in the HTML code (body). Where do I place the placeholder? I know you can say repeat on all pages. So where do I place the placeholder and is this exactly what I put it in? <h1>My Heading</h1>

The placeholder goes where you want the heading to appear on your page.
Makes sure the placeholder area is large enough to hold the heading text

I think I got it Sledger. Can you take a look? On the index page the place holder shows up grey where on the rest of the pages you only see the text. How do I change it to only show the text on page index.

Just remove the grey rectangle, it's not needed since you have used text as the placeholder
