Copy Layer > Paste Layer on All Pages
You can copy a layer and paste it onto a new page. But only one page at a time.
There are times, if you create a custom drop down menu using a pop up layer, for example, where it would be useful to copy the layer once it has been configured and linked and then paste it into all pages.

Yes, I vote for that too. In effect a "Repeat on all pages" for layers.
