The "snap to objects" icon on the top toolbar works well I think :-)

But the issue that for me not, there is no small red sign or something which would show that exactly in that moment of moving the circle becomes touching with the beside two ones
As John says, if you toggle Snap to Objects, you will find that there are helpful guidelines displayed.

Thanks Bob, could you do also a printscreen from the moment when the orange circle exactly touching the two other ones? How the Snap to Objects shows that?
Snap to objects will only snap circles together accurately if their centres are aligned horizontally or vertically. It does not yet do tangential snapping, which is what you need to do this job.
The best you can do at the moment is to snap circles together side by side and then rotate the outer ones manually into position by snapping the rotation origin to the centre of the middle circle.

Very good point, csehz

Thanks Phil, do you mean like this, better sure because one touching point is sure at the first two circles, however at the end the red and blue circles meeting there is no sign by Snap to object
Touching_circles.swf
But this method so better which I was able to imagine alone, thanks just again
Thank you for your SWF demonstration. I was typing my similar approach when you beat me to it.
All I would do is use Snap to Objects for the first two circles horizontally then the third one vertically and then shift that centre of rotation.
As you have clearly indicated, you only then have one point to fix.
