Default My Selector Tool seems corrupt

When I click on an object corner point, and try to resize it, I get the 4 way arrows (not the diagonal double arrow bar) and the resizing does not keep the aspect. Is it a setting or a bug.

    Thanks

I had this happen yesterday. Worked ok after I went to something else for awhile

What I was doing at the time:-

Made a favicon, resized it to 5px so as it didn't get in the way. Decided to change text colour and bg colour so resized up and altered. When I went to resize down again I got that 4-way arrow and it wouldn't do anything on the corners but the normal cursor was there for top & sides.

    Hi Rick,

Check the lock aspect ratio button on the infobar, it looks like a little lock. If it's not enabled (depressed) your cursor will show the four way arrow and you will be able to change the aspect ratio of your object when you resize it. I usually always keep this turned on so I don't accidentally squash or stretch something I don't want to.

That might have been the cause. Can't remember unlocking though
