BTW - assuming you mean Designer Pro X, it's listed in XaReg as Xara Xtreme Pro 8.1 ... confusing, but that is how Xara list it in the registry

How to get XaReg2.3 and the other without having facebook account?
I am not using facebook simply as that do I have to be punished for that in some way and not have access to the stuff?

You can download XaReg 2.5 by clicking the second link [XaReg (DB - ignore prompt to register)] in zaphodeist's signature and, as he indicates, ignore the prompt to register at Dropbox (button at the bottom of the registration/login window that pops up).
