I tried this out and I liked it. However being a cheapskate I am satisfied with the two free ones I have used for a long time. Font explorer, and AMP font viewer.

MS seems to have taken action to make that command no longer work in Win7/64:

Works here on windows 8 64-bit. You have to start the command prompt as an administrator.
