Will XP&GD 9 allow me to create Flash files....simple stuff - - fading picture to picture,
adding in lines of text and or banners and then dropping them out? Thanks.

Yes, but people with iPads or iPhones won't see them. Apple hate Flash and have no plans to support it on iDevices and, because of this, Flash is fast losing its popularity with a lot of web developers.

I would suggest you do your animations in HTML5 and the tool I use and have really grown to like is Hippo Animator, from a small British company, Hippo Studios. You can download a free trial here.

I've just been to the site and I'm running Avast Pro and it's not listed with them and no warning popped up telling me to Get Thee Hence!
It's also not listed with Google Safe Browsing
It's not listed on WoT
It's not listed on Norton Safe Web
It's listed on SafeAdvisor but it doesn't say why - fat lot of use that is if it's your site and it's a false positive.

If you like I'll put a copy of the software on my server so you can download? I've checked it thoroughly and it's clean and it installs no ad/spy/mal/scamware.
