unwanted object

I am creating a "splash Page" for a friend and I was trying out Forms2go using DP7 I have now upgraded to DP9 and even though I have removed all the place holders I am still getting the trial form I created (not in the correct area) and I can't find a way to remove it. I have checked all the various properties dialog boxes but no joy. I have attached the .xar file anyone got any suggestions?

You have pasted an entire HTML page into the body section of the Website tab in Web Properties.
Please NEVER do this. Placeholder and header/body sections are not for pasting entire pages of HTML code, only paste the code fragments required for the form or widget you need.
Doing so will not only break your site but will lead to invalid/illegal markup which will not validate.

Hi Sledger - Thanks for finding the problem - I'm not sure why I pasted a whole page - it was some time ago and I am sure that I just copied the code that F2G produced. Anyway I have been duly warned and I promise not to do it again!!!
