Size: 868 Bytes This has been cropped and scaled, and when I insert it into a word document MSWord 2010 (Windows 7 Ult.) it is very blurry?? What do I need to do to create the bullets so they are .13 in word and not all distorted?

    Thanks for any help,

Redraw it as vector. Size the vector version to what size you wish to use in Word. Export as a PNG. Insert into Word.

If you resize a bitmap larger than its native pixel dimensions, it will always look fuzzy.

DW, you haven't explained how you are adding them into MS Word.
I have simply dragged and dropped quite successfully and then scaled.
MS Word 2010 seems to treat this as an embedded Xara document so it is editable as well.
I placed and grouped a slightly larger white circle behind the bullet to avoid any spurious cropping. You can make this a rectangle to then sort out the vertical position.

If you are creating a blob in Xara then you need to make it as big as possible (e.g., 128 px) and then use Word's Picture Tools > Size to scale it to your wanted size.
Do not use Compress Pictures as you will revert to what you currently have.

I have not tried importing the bullet as a PNG to then add 3D effects, shadows and the like afterwards.
