Need Help with Xara Extreme

When I turn on my Program and put in my product key it always shows ( internal program error 963.w.re.ry ) Plus now everytime I want to use my program I have to put in my Product key again ? I also dont have my live effect tool working .... I cant get my crome etc ?

I have moved your post to the Xara Graphics forum.

Have you tried Run as Administrator. Close the program, then right click on the program icon and select Run as Administrator. You only have to do this one and it will either work or it won't.

If not, let us know and we'll try something else.
