upgrade or wait

Hi I have D-Pro ver 7 and for the past month I have been using a version 8 Demo This has now finished and I will upgrade but should I upgrade to X8 and will I get a free upgrade to X9 or should I just wait for X9 - Not sure what the best course of action - I have tried ringing the office for info but no response (most unusual for the sales line not to be answered)

I don't think you will have to wait very long.

Next version is released somewhere end of august (Asked this question to Xara a few months ago with the same issue

I think it says if you buy version 8 they'll upgrade you to 9 when it's released.

Thanks for your input! - Well the main reason for the question is I understand from previous upgrades if it happens within 4 weeks you get the next version free but if its 5 weeks - well tough luck! trouble is Xara don't give us a 4 week warning and I have no wish to pay twice!! - so unless someone from Xara says YES - I'll just wait to be on the safe side!!
